27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. From the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma State
30	57		Regents for Higher Ed ucation in Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the
31	58		1st Extraordinary Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, the
32	59		Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education are authorized to expend
33	60		during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, the sum of Seventeen
34	61		Million Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($17,400,000.00) for the
35	62		incentive scholarship program and teacher employment incentive
36	63		program, pursuant to Section 698.3 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma
37	64		Statutes. Such funds shall be used to supplement rather than
38	65		replace existing resources and programs.

56	106		Million Nine Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Dollar s
57	107		($48,908,216.00) for the purpose of faculty pay raises.

60	109		Regents for Higher Education in Enrolled House Bill No. 1004 of the
61	110		1st Extraordinary Session of the 59th Oklahoma Leg islature, the
62	111		Oklahoma State Regents for Hig her Education are authorized to expend
63	112		during the fiscal year en ding June 30, 2024, the sum of Twenty
64	113		Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) for the purpose of expanding
65	114		engineering programs. Such funds shall be used to supplement rather
66	115		than replace existing r esources and programs.
