29 | 49 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 10-105.4, is | |

32 | 51 | Section 10-105.4. The State Board of Education shall establ ish | |
33 | 52 | a pilot early childhood program to c onsist of private donations and | |
34 | 53 | state funds that will serve at -risk children in at least one urban | |
35 | 54 | area and one rural area of this state to be selected by t he Board. | |
36 | 55 | The Board shall solicit applications from the pri vate sector for the | |
37 | 56 | program and require applicants to match state funds on a two-to-one | |
38 | 57 | one and one half-to-one basis and commit a minimum investment of Ten | |
39 | 58 | Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) in the program. | |
