79	79	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
80	80	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 62 O.S. 2021, Section 34.67, is
81	81	amended to read as follows:
82	82	Section 34.67. A. The Director of the Office of Management and
83	83	Enterprise Services is hereby authorized to shall prescribe forms
84	84	and electronic systems to process claims and payroll to be use d by
85	85	the various agencies of the state. Any agency of the state may file
86	86	a claim against more than one item of the current allotments within
87	87	funds by indicating on the claim or payroll the account, or ac counts
88	88	to be charged. The Director shall approve an d charge such claim to

140	140	the account, or accounts, indicat ed after proper audit of the claim
141	141	or payroll.
142	142	B. These payroll systems are hereby authorized for use in
143	143	claiming amounts due individually to all e mployees within an a gency
144	144	of the state. Each payroll record shall show the total e arnings,
145	145	the amount of each type of withholding and the net amount due each
146	146	employee. Withholdings may be reserved by the Director of the
147	147	Office of Management and Enterpris e Services to be paid to the
148	148	proper entity by lump sum payments.
149	149	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
150	150	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
151	151	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act s hall take effect and
152	152	be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
