| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sect ion 212 of Title 22, unless there is | |
| 53 | 53 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | Prior to any raid or warrantless arrest of a citizen of the | |
| 55 | 55 | State of Oklahoma by a special agent of the Federal Bureau of | |
| 56 | 56 | Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobac co, Firearms and | |
| 57 | 57 | Explosives, the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement , | |
| 58 | 58 | or the Internal Revenue Service, the special agent shall be required | |
| 59 | 59 | to make contact with the sheriff of the county in which the raid or | |
| 60 | 60 | warrantless arrest shall be executed and inform the county sheriff | |
| 61 | 61 | of the approximate date, time, and circumstances of said raid or | |
| 62 | 62 | warrantless arrest. | |
