45	45	outdated statutory reference ; and providing an

52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 6 -206, is
54	54	amended to read as follows:
55	55	Section 6-206. A. Subject to the availability of funds, the
56	56	The State Board of Education shall provide an annual salary bonus in
57	57	the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) no later than
58	58	January 31 of each year to the following employees of public school
59	59	districts:
60	60	1. Any school psychologist who has been designated as a
61	61	Nationally Certified School Psychologist by the National School
62	62	Psychology Certification Board; and

89	89	2. Any speech-language pathologist or audiologist who holds a
90	90	Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech -
91	91	Language-Hearing Association.
92	92	B. The State Board of Education shall adopt rules for the
93	93	provision of the bonus pursuant to this section to include, but not
94	94	be limited to, a process by which a nationally certified school
95	95	psychologist, speech -language pathologist and audiologist may verify
96	96	that:
97	97	1. The individual is still employed by a school distri ct;
98	98	2. The certification required in subsection A of this section
99	99	has been attained and has not lapsed; and
100	100	3. The individual is licensed to practice in this state.
101	101	C. An individual who qualifies for the bonus pursuant to this
102	102	section and who is employe d by a school district on less than a
103	103	full-time basis, shall receive a pro -rated bonus based on the
104	104	proportionate equivalency to full -time employment.
105	105	D. No school or school district shall be liable for payment of
106	106	bonuses pursuant to this section. The bo nus shall not be included
107	107	in the calculation of salary for purposes of meeting the district or
108	108	statutory minimum salary schedule or for purposes of calculating
109	109	Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma contributions or benefits.
110	110	E. The amount of the salary bonus pursuant to subsection A of
111	111	this section shall be increased to Seven Thousand Dollars
