districts; creating the Oklahoma Congressional and
Legislative Districts Reform Act of 2023; providing
for noncodification; and pr oviding an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not t o be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as foll ows:
This act shall be known and may be ci ted as the "Oklahoma
Congressional and Legislative Districts Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023 .
