An Act relating to public buildings and public works ;
creating the Oklahoma Public Buildings and Public
Works Reform Act of 2023; providing for
noncodification; and p roviding an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not t o be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be c ited as the "Oklahoma
Public Buildings and Public Works Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023 .
