An Act relating to state capital and capitol
building; creating the Oklahoma State Capital and
Capitol Building Reform Act of 2023; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not t o be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma State
Capital and Capitol Buil ding Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023 .
