52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 10001 of Title 62, unless there
55	55	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as f ollows:
56	56	No state governmental entity and no county, city, town, public
57	57	trust having the state or any cou nty, city or town as its
58	58	beneficiary or beneficiaries, whet her one or more beneficia ry
59	59	entities of any combination, may enter into any agreement with a
60	60	person, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability
61	61	partnership, corporation, limited liabili ty company, trust or other
62	62	legal entity that would prohibit the governmental entity from making
63	63	full disclosure of the terms of any agreement with such entity to

91	91	tax credit, direct or indirect payment, grant, or similar benefit
92	92	offered to such entity if the benefit is provided through the use of
93	93	state or local taxes .
94	94	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
