3158 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 22 O.S. 2021, Section 988.15, is

102160 reducing recidivism, utilization by the judici ary, resource
103161 allocation, reduced state and local institutional receptions, if
104162 any, and statistical data, including, but not limited to, community
105163 sentencing participation by county, total number of qualifying and
106164 nonqualifying community sentences per mont h for each local community
107165 sentencing system, total number of community sentences ordered per
108166 month, program participation and the annual average cost per
109167 offender. A copy of the report shall also be submitted to the
110168 Oklahoma Statistical Analysis Center, a division of the Office of

148218 transferred to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Invest igation and the

151247 1. The functions of the Criminal Justice Resource Center
152248 relating to administration and research shall be transferred to the
153249 Office of Criminal Justice S tatistics, which is hereby created
154250 within the Information Services Di vision of the Oklahoma State
155251 Bureau of Investigation;

157252 2. The functions of the Criminal Justice Resource Center
158253 relating to data processing and information technology shall be
159254 transferred to the Information Technology Systems Divi sion of the
160255 Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation; and

162256 3. The functions of the Criminal Justice Resource Center
163257 relating to the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board shall be
164258 transferred to the Office of the A ttorney General.

166259 All unexpended funds, prop erty, records, personnel a nd any
167260 outstanding financial obligations or encumbrances of the Criminal
168261 Justice Resource Center are hereby transferred to the entities
169262 specified in this subsection .

171263 B. Effective July 1, 2009, the personnel transferred from the
172264 Criminal Justice Resource C enter to the Oklahoma State Bureau of
173265 Investigation and the Office of the Attorney General and persons
174266 occupying the position of any such personnel on July 1, 200 9, shall
175267 become employees of such agencies and shall not be subject to the
176268 provisions of the Merit System of Personnel Administration.

178269 C. Effective July 1, 2009, any reference in the Oklahoma
179270 Statutes to the Criminal Justice Resource Center shall be a
