40	40	An Act relating to state government; enacting the
41	41	Fair Weather Energy Friends Act; providing any state
42	42	or government which imposes, restricts or supports
43	43	restrictions of Oklahoma energy producers and/or
44	44	sales may lose these energy products or services in
45	45	the event of certain emergencies; providing for
46	46	codification; and declaring an emergency.

52	52	BE IT ENACTED BY THE P EOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
53	53	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
54	54	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1300 of Title 74, unless there
55	55	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
56	56	A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Fair
57	57	Weather Energy Friends Act".
58	58	B. Any state or government which imposes, restricts, or
59	59	supports the restriction of Oklaho ma energy producers and/or sale s
60	60	may be subject to the loss of the se energy products or ser vices in
61	61	the event of an emergency, which would cause Oklahoma residents to
62	62	incur loss of access or high er pricing for their own energy needs.

90	90	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
91	91	declared to exist, by reason whereof this act shall take effect and
92	92	be in full force from and after its passage an d approval.
