| 52 | 52 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEO PLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 53 | 53 | | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified |

| 54 | 54 | | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1400 of Title 74, unless there |

| 55 | 55 | | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: |

| 56 | 56 | | A. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "State |

| 57 | 57 | | Energy Freedom Act". |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | B. The development, production, distribution , and sale of any |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | energy products shall be solely determined by the Oklahoma State |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | Legislature. No state or federal agency or body shall interfere |
|---|
| 61 | 61 | | with these actions. |

| 62 | 62 | | C. The State of Oklahoma reserves the exclusive right to enter |
