24	51		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OK LAHOMA:

26	52		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 2 O.S. 2021, Section 6 -214, is
27	53		amended to read as follows:
28		-
29	54		Section 6-214. "Oklahoma certified beef meat" shall mean any
30	55		bovine, swine, goat, lamb, poultry, or fish product bred, born,
31	56		raised, and slaughtered processed within the State of Oklahoma. The
32	57		term "Oklahoma Certified" shall not be used to describe any mea t
33	58		that was not bred, born, raised and processed in the state of
34	59		Oklahoma, not limited to but shall include: Oklahoma Certified
35	60		Beef, Oklahoma Certified Ch icken and Oklahoma Ce rtified Goat.

37	61		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective Novemb er 1, 2023.
