AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to the Uniform Consumer Credit Code;
enacting the Uniform Consumer Credit Code Technical
Amendments Act of 20 23; providing for
noncodification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Uniform
Consumer Credit Code Technical Amendments Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
