An Act relating to mental health; creating the Mental
Health Reform Act of 2023 ; providing for
noncodification; and providin g an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Mental Health
Reform Act of 2023".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effectiv e November 1, 2023.
