4848 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4949 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
5050 codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
5151 The Oklahoma Health Care Auth ority shall implement a ten percent
5252 (10%) reimbursement rate increase for all Medicaid primary care
5353 health care providers, with the exception of dentists.
5454 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.
5555 SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
5656 of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
5757 declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and
5858 be in full force from and after its passage and appr oval.
