AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to elections; repealing 26 O.S. 2021,
Section 4-121, as amended by Section 20, Chapter 282,
O.S.L. 2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 4-121),
which relates to the multistate voter list
maintenance organizations ; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 26 O.S. 2021, Section 4-121, as
amended by Section 20, Chapter 282, O.S.L. 2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022,
Section 4-121), is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
