An Act relating to service animals; creating the
Oklahoma Service Animals Reform Act of 2023;
providing for noncodification; and providin g an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF T HE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma
Service Animals Reform Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effec tive November 1, 2023.
