50	50	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
51	51	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
52	52	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
53	53	There is hereby appropriated to the Emergency Drought Relief
54	54	Fund from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General
55	55	Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year ending June
56	56	30, 2024, the sum of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) or so
57	57	much thereof as may be necessary to implement the provisions of the
58	58	Emergency Drought Relief Fund .
59	59	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023.
60	60	SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
61	61	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
