| 52 | 52 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA : | |
| 53 | 53 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 54 | 54 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 24A.34 of Title 51, unless there | |
| 55 | 55 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 56 | 56 | Any open records request made of state agencies and other state | |
| 57 | 57 | bodies under the Oklahoma Open Records Act of state agencies, and | |
| 58 | 58 | other state bodies shall be cataloged and presented in se archable | |
| 59 | 59 | form on the Oklahoma Secretary of Sta te website. The catalog shall | |
| 60 | 60 | include the date on which each request wa s made. The Secretary of | |
| 61 | 61 | State shall, on a monthly basis, review and close out open records | |
