41	50		making certain practitioners eligible for
42	51		reimbursement; requiring certain contract; providing
43	52		conditions for reimbursement; providing for
44	53		codification; and providing an effective date .

50	59		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKL AHOMA:
51	60		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
52	61		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1362.2 of Title 59, unless there
53	62		is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
54	63		A. Services provided by practitioners who h ave completed
55	64		education requirements to begin an i nternship or a postdoctoral
56	65		fellowship in an accredited clinical psychology academic training
57		-	program and are under current board -approved supervision toward
	66	+	program and are under current board approved supervision toward
58	67		licensure are eligible for reimbursement.
59		-	B. For those licensure candidates who are actively and
60		-	regularly receiving board approved supervision, or extended
61		-	supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision
62		-	requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed.

	95	+	B. For those licensure candidates who are actively and
	96	+	regularly receiving board approved supervision, or extended
	97	+	supervision by a fully licensed clinician i f board's supervision
	98	+	requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed.
89	99		C. In order for services provided by clinical psychology
90	100		interns completing required internships, postdoctoral fellows
91	101		completing required supervision for licensure to be reimbursed, the
92	102		following conditions must be met:
93	103		1. The licensed practitioner must have a supervision agreement
94	104		letter from the Oklahoma State Board of Ex aminers of Psychologist on
95	105		file covering the dates of s ervices of the internship or
96	106		postdoctoral fellowship;
97	107		2. The psychology intern or post doctoral fellow must be under
98	108		the direct supervision of the lice nsed psychologist responsible for
99	109		the member's care;
100	110		3. The licensed psychologist responsible for th e member's care
101	111		must:
102	112		a. staff the member's cas e with the intern or fellow,
103	113		b. actively direct the services ,
104	114		c. be available to the i ntern or postdoctoral fellow for
105	115		consultation while he or she is providing services,
106	116		d. agree with the current plan for the me mber, and
107	117		e. confirm that the service provided by the intern or
108	118		fellow was appropriate; and
109		-	4. The member's medical record must s how that the requireme nts
110		-	for reimbursement were met and the licensed ps ychologist responsible
111		-	for the member's care has rev iewed, countersigned, and dated the
112		-	notes in the medical record at least every week so that it is
