5059 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOP LE OF THE STATE OF OKL AHOMA:
5160 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
5261 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1362.2 of Title 59, unless there
5362 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
5463 A. Services provided by practitioners who h ave completed
5564 education requirements to begin an i nternship or a postdoctoral
5665 fellowship in an accredited clinical psychology academic training
57-program and are under current board -approved supervision toward
66+program and are under current board approved supervision toward
5867 licensure are eligible for reimbursement.
59-B. For those licensure candidates who are actively and
60-regularly receiving board approved supervision, or extended
61-supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board's supervision
62-requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed.

95+B. For those licensure candidates who are actively and
96+regularly receiving board approved supervision, or extended
97+supervision by a fully licensed clinician i f board's supervision
98+requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed.
8999 C. In order for services provided by clinical psychology
90100 interns completing required internships, postdoctoral fellows
91101 completing required supervision for licensure to be reimbursed, the
92102 following conditions must be met:
93103 1. The licensed practitioner must have a supervision agreement
94104 letter from the Oklahoma State Board of Ex aminers of Psychologist on
95105 file covering the dates of s ervices of the internship or
96106 postdoctoral fellowship;
97107 2. The psychology intern or post doctoral fellow must be under
98108 the direct supervision of the lice nsed psychologist responsible for
99109 the member's care;
100110 3. The licensed psychologist responsible for th e member's care
101111 must:
102112 a. staff the member's cas e with the intern or fellow,
103113 b. actively direct the services ,
104114 c. be available to the i ntern or postdoctoral fellow for
105115 consultation while he or she is providing services,
106116 d. agree with the current plan for the me mber, and
107117 e. confirm that the service provided by the intern or
108118 fellow was appropriate; and
109-4. The member's medical record must s how that the requireme nts
110-for reimbursement were met and the licensed ps ychologist responsible
111-for the member's care has rev iewed, countersigned, and dated the
112-notes in the medical record at least every week so that it is
