| 50 | 50 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: |

| 51 | 51 | | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 58 O.S. 2021, Section 162, is |

| 53 | 53 | | Section 162. Every executor, administrator or guardian |

| 54 | 54 | | appointed in, but residing out of the state, shall, before entering |

| 55 | 55 | | upon the duties of his or her trust, in writing, appoint an agent |

| 56 | 56 | | residing in the county where he is appointed Oklahoma, and shall by |

| 57 | 57 | | such writing stipulate and agree that the service of any legal |
|---|
| 58 | 58 | | process against him or her as such executor, administrator or |
|---|
| 59 | 59 | | guardian if made on said agent shall be of the same legal effect as |
|---|
| 60 | 60 | | if made on himself or herself personally within the state. Such |
|---|
