50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statu tes as Section 212 of Title 22, unless there is | |
53 | 53 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
54 | 54 | A. Upon the effective date of this act , every law enforcement | |
55 | 55 | agency in this state that supplies its peace officers with audio or | |
56 | 56 | audiovisual recording equipment shall require its peace officers to | |
57 | 57 | use the audio or audiovisual recording equipment at all times while | |
58 | 58 | on duty including, but not limited to, when responding to calls for | |
59 | 59 | service, during traffic stops, and any time the peace officer | |
60 | 60 | interacts with members of the public. | |
