An Act relating to revenue and taxation; enacting the
Oklahoma Mobile Home Taxation Policy Ac t of 2023;
providing for noncodification; and providing an
effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE ST ATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
This act shall be known an d may be cited as the "Oklahoma Mobile
Home Taxation Policy Act of 2023 ".
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
