4855 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
4956 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 21 O .S. 2021, Section 1290.6, is
5057 amended to read as follows:

5259 PROHIBITED AMMUNITION

5461 Any concealed or unconcealed handgun when carried in a manner
5562 authorized by the provisions of the Oklahoma Self -Defense Act and
5663 when loaded with any ammunition which is either a restricted bullet
5764 as defined by Section 1289.19 of this title or is larger than .45
5865 caliber or is otherwise prohibited b y law shall be deemed a
5966 prohibited weapon for purposes of the Oklahoma Self -Defense Act.
60-Any person violating the pro visions of this section shall be
61-punished for a criminal offense as provided by Section 1272 of this
62-title or any other applicable provisi on of law. In addition to any

94+Any person violating the pro visions of this section shall be
