| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Sectio n 1-111 of Title 11, unless there | |
| 53 | 53 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | Any statute which attempts to pre-empt municipal actions by | |
| 55 | 55 | interfering with the free exercise of municipalities to regulate and | |
| 56 | 56 | protect their citizens is hereby rep ealed from the statutes of the | |
| 57 | 57 | State of Oklahoma. | |
| 58 | 58 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023. | |
