An Act relating to the Commissioners of the Land 
Office; making an appropriation; identifying sour ce; 
establishing amount and purpose ; providing for 
noncodification; and declaring an emergency . 
 
 
 
 
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: 
SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law not to be 
codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: 
There is hereby appropriated to the Commissioners of the Land 
Office (Fund 702) from any monies not otherwise appropriated from 
the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year 
ending June 30, 2022, the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand 
Dollars ($5,200,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary for 
the agency to settle obligations and litigation related to 
unanticipated agency costs as a result of severe w eather.
