26	50		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	51		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
29	52		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:

31	53		There is hereby appropriated to the Commissioners of the Land
32	54		Office (Fund 702) from any monies not otherwise appropriated from
33	55		the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
34	56		ending June 30, 2022, the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thousand
35	57		Dollars ($5,200,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary for
36	58		the agency to settle obligations and litigation related to
37	59		unanticipated agency costs as a result of severe w eather.

39	60		SECTION 2. It being immediately necessar y for the preservation
40	61		of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
