26	52		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

28	53		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
29	54		codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as f ollows:

31	55		There is hereby approp riated to the Oklahoma State Regents for
32	56		Higher Education from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the
33	57		General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
34	58		ending June 30, 2022, the sum of Nine Million Dollars
35	59		($9,000,000.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to cover
36	60		costs associated with implementing the Oklahoma National Guard
37	61		Educational Assistance Program created by Enrolled Senate Bill No.
38	62		1418 of the 2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature .
