91 | 154 | be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against cl aims | |

94 | 157 | Expenditures from the School Security Revolving Fund shall not | |
95 | 158 | exceed Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00) in any fiscal year and | |
96 | 159 | shall be divided equally among every public school district in the | |
97 | 160 | state. | |

99 | 161 | SECTION 3. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | |
