52	52	BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE
53	53	1ST SESSION OF THE 59TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
54	54	SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3 of Article V of the Oklahoma
55	55	Constitution, there is hereby ordered the following legislative
56	56	referendum which shall be filed with the Secretary of State and
57	57	addressed to the Governor of the state, who shall submit the same to
58	58	the people for their approval or rejection at the next General
59	59	Election.
60	60	SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be
61	61	codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows:
62	62	This act shall be known and may be cited as the "School Choi ce
63	63	Act of 2023".
