65	65	An Act relating to voter registration; amending
66	66	Section 1, Chapter 23 3, O.S.L. 2022 (26 O.S. Supp.
67	67	2022, Section 4-120.11), which relates to
68	68	investigation of residential addresses with high
69	69	number of registered voters; decreasing number of
70	70	voters registered at same address needed to cause
71	71	certain investigation; and providing an effective
72	72	date.

77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 233, O.S.L.
79	79	2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 4 -120.11), is amended to read as
80	80	follows:
81	81	Section 4-120.11. A. No later than June 1 of each year, the
82	82	State Election Board shall perform a query of the entire voter
83	83	registration database to determine how many individuals are
84	84	registered at the same residential address.
85	85	B. If more than ten eight registered voters share a single
86	86	residential address, the State Election B oard shall provide a list
87	87	of said voters to the secretary of the county election board, who
88	88	shall immediately notify the district attorney for that county.

140	140	C. Upon receipt of such notif ication, the district attorney, or
141	141	a member of law enforcement designated by th e district attorney,
142	142	shall investigate any possible criminal violation of the law related
143	143	to the voter registration.
144	144	D. Provided, this section shall not apply to registered voters
145	145	sharing a residential address at a facility licensed or certified by
146	146	this state, if required by law, such as an assisted living facility,
147	147	residential care facility, nursing home, veterans center , medical
148	148	facility, multiunit housing, installations of th e Armed Forces of
149	149	the United States where uniformed or overseas voters, as defi ned by
150	150	the Uniformed and Overseas Citi zens Absentee Voting Act, are
151	151	stationed, or other locations authorized in writing by the Secretary
152	152	of the State Election Board.
153	153	SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
