68	68	certain voter system to utilize technology to allow
69	69	tracking of ballot; and providing an effective date.

75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 1, Chapter 291, O.S.L.
77	77	2022 (26 O.S. Supp. 2022, Section 6 -104.1), is amended to read as
78	78	follows:
79	79	Section 6-104.1. A. All ballots used for any election shall be
80	80	printed on paper to ensure a fair and accurate count; provided, each
81	81	precinct polling place and in-person absentee voting location shall
82	82	provide a means for any voter who requires as sistance by reason of
83	83	blindness, disability, or inability to read or write to cast a
84	84	ballot privately and indepen dently, in a manner to be determined by
85	85	the Secretary of the State Election Board.
86	86	B. Any new unitary integra ted voter system implement ed on or
87	87	after the effective date of this act shall utilize technolo gy that
