75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 7 -108, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 7-108. A. No person shall be allowed to electioneer
79	79	within three hundred (300) feet of any ballot box inside any polling
80	80	place or in-person absentee voting site while an election is in
81	81	progress, nor shall any. No person or persons, except election
82	82	officials, voters registered and voting at the polling place or
83	83	voting site, a minor child or dependent acco mpanying such voters and
84	84	other persons authorized by law, shall be allowed inside the
85	85	election enclosure or within fifty (50) feet of any ballot box the
86	86	entrance to a polling place or in-person absentee voting site while

140	140	within three hundred (300) feet of any ballot box, inside any
141	141	polling place or in-person absentee voting site while an election is
142	142	in progress.
143	143	B. For purposes of this title:
144	144	1. “Electioneering” means:
145	145	a. advocating directly for o r against a candidate or
146	146	question that is on the ballot at t he election, either
147	147	verbally or with visual materi als, signs or clothing,
148	148	or
149	149	b. collecting signatures for a petition to pla ce an issue
150	150	or question on a future ballot; and
151	151	2. “Election enclosure” means the areas of a polling place
152	152	where voters sign the precinct regis try and are issued ballots,
153	153	where voting booths are located, where a voting device or ballot box
154	154	is located, and any room, hallway or other space wherein such
155	155	activities take place.
156	156	SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 26 O.S. 2021, Section 16 -111, is
157	157	amended to read as follows:
158	158	Section 16-111. Any person who electioneers within three
159	159	hundred (300) feet of any ballot box inside a polling place or in-
160	160	person absentee voting site or to a person who is standing in line
161	161	to vote outside the polling place o r voting site while an election
162	162	is in progress, and any person except election officials , voters
