54 | 108 | Section 2 of Enrolled House Bill No. 1013 of the 2nd Extraordinary | |
55 | 109 | Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature. | |

57 | 110 | SECTION 2. A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a | |
58 | 111 | Statewide Recovery Special Account for the Department of Mental | |
59 | 112 | Health and Substance Abuse Services for the appropriated monies as | |
60 | 113 | provided for in Section 1 of this act. The duration of such account | |
61 | 114 | shall continue for the period of time that monies related to the | |
62 | 115 | American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 are being budgeted, expended, or | |
63 | 116 | managed in the state. The ending of such period shall be determined | |
64 | 117 | by the State Treasurer, and shall result in the closing of such | |
65 | 118 | account as a matter of law. Such account shall be a continuing | |
66 | 119 | account as otherwise provided in this section, not subject to fiscal | |
67 | 120 | year limitations, and shall exclusively consist of monies related to | |
68 | 121 | the relevant appropriation made in this act and as otherwise | |
69 | 122 | directed by law. All monies deposited to the credit of such account | |
70 | 123 | are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the | |
71 | 124 | Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in | |

81 | 160 | account created pursuant to subsection A of this section. No later | |
82 | 161 | than seven (7) calendar days from the date of such request, the | |
83 | 162 | Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall | |
84 | 163 | comply with such request and verify to the requesting agency that | |
85 | 164 | such deposit or transfer has been completed. | |

87 | 165 | SECTION 3. The Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse | |
88 | 166 | Services may enter into memorandums of understanding with other | |
89 | 167 | agencies of the State of Oklahoma for the auditing, documentation, | |
90 | 168 | evaluation, implementation, oversight, reporting, and management of | |
