53 | 106 | months in trial reun ification. The Prior to trial reunification, | |
54 | 107 | the Department of Human Services shall conduct a criminal background | |
55 | 108 | check of any adult in the home, who is not a parent, legal guardian, | |
56 | 109 | or custodian, prior to any trial reunification . The background | |
57 | 110 | check shall include inquiries into Oklaho ma State Bureau of | |
58 | 111 | Investigation and Federal Bureau of Invest igation records for a | |
59 | 112 | national criminal history record check pursuant to the provisions of | |
60 | 113 | Section 150.9 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. | |

62 | 114 | During the period of the trial home reunification, the | |
63 | 115 | Department of Human Services shall: | |

82 | 156 | B. 1. When trial home reunification is terminated , whether by | |
83 | 157 | the Department or court order, the Department shall prepare a report | |
84 | 158 | for the court which describes the circumstances of the child during | |
85 | 159 | the trial home reunification period and recomm ends court orders, if | |
86 | 160 | any, deemed appropriate to provide for t he safety and stability of | |
87 | 161 | the child. | |

89 | 162 | 2. In the event a trial home reunification is terminated by the | |
90 | 163 | Department by removing the child to foster care without pr ior court | |

94 | 165 | fifteen (15) days of receiving notice of the termination of the | |
95 | 166 | trial home reunification by the Department and shall determine | |

97 | 168 | child’s caretaker is contrary to the welfare of t he child and | |
98 | 169 | whether reasonable efforts were made to prevent the removal of the | |
99 | 170 | child from the trial home reunification. | |
