| 50 | 50 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOM A: | |
| 51 | 51 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codifi ed | |
| 52 | 52 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 22-140 of Title 11, unless there | |
| 53 | 53 | is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 54 | 54 | All municipalities shall have thirty (30) days to conduct | |
| 55 | 55 | inspections of homeless camps in municipal districts that have water | |
| 56 | 56 | run-off enter municipal sewer systems, drainage systems, or drinking | |
| 57 | 57 | water reservoirs. The homeless camps shall be up to building codes | |
| 58 | 58 | established by the Oklahoma Unifor m Building Code Commission. Any | |
| 59 | 59 | municipalities that do not inspect the hom eless camps within the | |
| 60 | 60 | thirty-day period shall be liable for any harm within and outside of | |
