75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
77	77	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 24.1 of Title 25, unless there
78	78	is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
79	79	The only permissible applications of the terms or definitions of
80	80	“gender” or “sex” shall be male (XY), female (XX), and intersex for
81	81	those born with a mutation causing such abnormality. No public
82	82	entity in this state including but not limited to a state agency,
83	83	political subdivision, or board of education may use any other
84	84	application.
85	85	SECTION 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
86	86	of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby
