| 69 | 69 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 70 | 70 | SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated to the State Department | |
| 71 | 71 | of Health from any monies not otherwise appropriated f rom the | |
| 72 | 72 | General Revenue Fund o f the State Treasury for the fiscal year | |
| 73 | 73 | ending June 30, 2024, the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty | |
| 74 | 74 | Thousand Dollars ($1,750,000.00) or so much thereof as may be | |
| 75 | 75 | necessary for the reimbursement of obstetric ultrasounds performed | |
| 76 | 76 | at pregnancy resource centers . | |
| 77 | 77 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | |
| 78 | 78 | SECTION 3. It being immediately necessary for the preservation | |
| 79 | 79 | of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby | |
| 80 | 80 | declared to exist, by reason whereof thi s act shall take effect and | |
| 81 | 81 | be in full force from and after its passage and approval. | |
