77	77	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
78	78	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 20 21, Section 1101, is
79	79	amended to read as follow s:
80	80	Section 1101. A. This act Section 1101 et seq. of this title
81	81	provides for exclusive remedies within the state of the policies for
82	82	individuals alleging d iscrimination in employment on the basis of
83	83	race, color, national origin, sex, religion, creed, age, disability ,
84	84	or genetic information, vaccination status, or immunization status.
85	85	B. This act Section 1101 et seq. of this title shall be
86	86	construed according to the fa ir import of its terms to further the
87	87	general purposes stat ed in this section and the special purposes of
88	88	the particular provi sion involved.

140	140	SECTION 2. AMENDATORY 25 O.S. 2021, Section 1302, is
141	141	amended to read as follows:
142	142	Section 1302. A. It is a discriminatory practice for an
143	143	employer:
144	144	1. To fail or refuse to hire, to discharge, or otherwise to
145	145	discriminate against an individual wi th respect to compensation or
146	146	the terms, conditions, privileges or responsibilities of employment,
147	147	because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ag e, genetic
148	148	information, vaccination status, immun ization status, or disability,
149	149	unless the employer can demonstrate that accommodation for the
150	150	disability would impose an undue hardship on the oper ation of the
151	151	business of such employer ; or
152	152	2. To limit, segregate, or classify an employee or applicant
153	153	for employment in a way which would deprive or tend to deprive an
154	154	individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect
155	155	the status of an employee, because of race, color, religion, sex,
156	156	national origin, age, genetic information, vaccination status,
157	157	immunization status, or disability, unless the employer can
158	158	demonstrate that accommodation for the disability would impose an
159	159	undue hardship on the operation of the business of such emp loyer.
160	160	B. This section does not apply to the employment of an
161	161	individual by his or her parents, spouse, or child or to employment
162	162	in the domestic service of the employer.
