7777 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
7878 SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
7979 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 2006 of Title 25, unless there
8080 is created a duplication in num bering, reads as follows:
8181 A. This section shall be known and may be cited as the
8282 “Parental Rights Immunization Act ”.
8383 B. Each health care provider who administers a vaccine set
8484 forth in the Vaccine Injury Table, as established by the United
8585 States Department of Health and Human Services, sha ll obtain
8686 informed consent from the legal representa tive or other adult
8787 authorized by law to consent on behalf of a minor to whom such
8888 provider intends to administer such vaccine. Prior to administering

140140 the vaccine, the health care provider shall provide relevant
141141 information regarding benefits and risks of the vaccine as well as
142142 information concerning the National Vac cine Injury Compensation
143143 Program.
144144 C. Providing a copy of the Vaccine Information Statement, the
145145 source of which is clearly identified, and m aking available for
146146 review the Centers for Disease C ontrol and Prevention ’s
147147 “Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine -Preventable Diseases:
148148 Vaccine Excipient and Media Summary ”, the Centers for Disease
149149 Control and Preventi on’s Vaccine Injury Table or the Ce nters for
150150 Disease Control and Prevention’s contraindications and precautions
151151 or any combination of these three resourc es to the legal
152152 representative or other adult authorized by law to consent on behalf
153153 of a minor shall constitute a minimum standard of rel evant
154154 information.
155155 SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 20 23.
