79 | 149 | the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be expended | |
80 | 150 | exclusively for maintaining and repairing state-owned properties and | |
81 | 151 | buildings pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 901.1 of | |
82 | 152 | Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes and for acquisition of information | |
83 | 153 | technology tools or resources that state agencies, boards, | |
84 | 154 | commissions, and public trusts having the State of Oklahoma state as | |
85 | 155 | a beneficiary shall use in ca rrying out their obligations in | |
86 | 156 | accordance with this act. The total expenditure for information | |
87 | 157 | technology resources shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars | |
88 | 158 | ($100,000.00). Expenditures from the fund shall b e made upon | |
89 | 159 | warrants issued by the State T reasurer against claims filed as | |
90 | 160 | prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and | |
