| 47 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF TH E STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 48 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 49 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1210.518 of Title 70, unless | |
| 50 | 51 | there is created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows: | |
| 51 | 52 | Every public elementary school site in this state shall employ a | |

| 53 | 54 | instruction to students in grades three an d below. | |
| 54 | 55 | SECTION 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 2023. | |
