49 | 54 | SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 74 O.S. 2021, Section 5017.1, is | |

55 | 60 | National Energy Extension Service Act (P.L. 95 -39, 42 U.S.C. Section | |
56 | 61 | 7001 et seq.) and the National Conservation Policy Act (P.L. 95 - | |
57 | 62 | 619), except as otherwise provided by law. | |
