75	75	BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
76	76	SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 60 O.S. 2021, Section 332, is
77	77	amended to read as follows:
78	78	Section 332. Occupancy for any period confers a title
79	79	sufficient against all except the state, and those who have title by
80	80	prescription, accession, transfer, will or succession.
81	81	SECTION 2. REPEALER 60 O.S. 2021, Section 333, is hereby
82	82	repealed.
83	83	SECTION 3. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
