147147 SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 2021, S ection 353.1, as
148148 amended by Section 6, Chap ter 288, O.S.L. 2022 (59 O.S. Supp. 2022,
149149 Section 353.1), is amended to read as follows:
150150 Section 353.1. For the purposes of the Ok lahoma Pharmacy Act:
151151 1. “Accredited program” means those seminars, classes,
152152 meetings, work projects, and oth er educational courses approved by
153153 the Board State Board of Pharmacy for purposes of continuing
154154 professional education;
155155 2. “Act” means the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act;
156156 3. “Administer” means the direct application of a drug, whether
157157 by injection, inhalation, ingestion or any other m eans, to the body
158158 of a patient;
159159 4. “Assistant pharmacist” means any person presently license d
160160 as an assistant pharmacist in the State of Oklahoma by the Board
161161 pursuant to Section 353.10 of this title and fo r the purposes of the
162162 Oklahoma Pharmacy Act shal l be considered the same as a pharmacist,
163163 except where otherwise specified;
164164 5. “Board” or “State Board” means the State Board of Pharmacy;
165165 6. “Certify” or “certification of a prescription ” means the
166166 review of a filled prescription by a licensed pharmac ist or a
167167 licensed practitioner with dispensing authori ty to confirm that the
168168 medication, labeling and packaging of the filled prescription are
169169 accurate and meet all requirements prescribed by state and federal

221221 law. For the purposes of this paragraph, “licensed practitioner”
222222 shall not include optometrists wit h dispensing authority;
223223 7. “Chemical” means any medicinal substance, whether simple or
224224 compound or obtained through the process of the science and art of
225225 chemistry, whether of organic or inorganic ori gin;
226226 8. “Compounding” means the combining, admixing, m ixing,
227227 diluting, pooling, reconstituting o r otherwise altering of a drug or
228228 bulk drug substance to create a drug. Compounding includes the
229229 preparation of drugs or devices in anticipation of prescript ion drug
230230 orders based on routine, regularly observed pre scribing patterns;
231231 9. “Continuing professional education” means professional,
232232 pharmaceutical education in the general areas of the socioeconomic
233233 and legal aspects of health care; the properties and actions of
234234 drugs and dosage forms; and the etiology, char acteristics and
235235 therapeutics of the diseas ed state;
236236 10. “Dangerous drug”, “legend drug”, “prescription drug” or “Rx
237237 Only” means a drug:
238238 a. for human use subject to 21 U.S.C. 353(b)(1), or
239239 b. is labeled “Prescription Only”, or labeled with the
240240 following statement: “Caution: Federal law restricts
241241 this drug except for use by or on the order of a
242242 licensed veterinarian.”;
243243 11. “Director” means the Executive Dir ector of the State Board
244244 of Pharmacy unless context clearly indicates otherwise;

296296 12. “Dispense” or “dispensing” means the interpretation,
297297 evaluation, and implementation of a prescription drug order
298298 including the preparation and delivery of a drug or devic e to a
299299 patient or a patient ’s agent in a suitable container appropria tely
300300 labeled for subsequent ad ministration to, or use by, a patient .
301301 Dispense includes sell, distribute, leave with, give away, dispose
302302 of, deliver or supply;
303303 13. “Dispenser” means a retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, a
304304 group of chain pharmacies under c ommon ownership and control th at do
305305 not act as a wholesale distributor, o r any other person authorized
306306 by law to dispense or adm inister prescription drugs, and the
307307 affiliated warehouses o r distributions of such entities und er common
308308 ownership and control t hat do not act as a wholesale distributor.
309309 For the purposes of this para graph, “dispenser” does not mean a
310310 person who dispenses only products to be used in animals in
311311 accordance with 21 U.S.C. 360b(a)(5);
312312 14. “Distribute” or “distribution” means the sale, purchase,
313313 trade, delivery, handling, storage, or receipt of a product, and
314314 does not include the dispensing of a product pursua nt to a
315315 prescription executed in accordance with 21 U.S.C. 353(b)(1) or the
316316 dispensing of a product approved under 21 U.S.C. 360 b(b); provided,
317317 taking actual physical possession of a product or title s hall not be

370370 15. “Doctor of Pharmacy” means a person licensed by the Board
371371 to engage in the practice of pharmacy. The terms “pharmacist”,
372372 “D.Ph.”, and “Doctor of Pharmacy” shall be interchangeable and s hall
373373 have the same meaning wherever they a ppear in the Oklahoma Statutes
374374 and the rules promulgated by the Board;
375375 16. “Drug outlet” means all manufacturers, repackagers,
376376 outsourcing faciliti es, wholesale distributors, third -party
377377 logistics providers, pharm acies, and all other facilities which are
378378 engaged in dispensing, delivery, distribution or storage of
379379 dangerous drugs;
380380 17. “Drugs” means all medicinal subst ances and preparations
381381 recognized by the United States Pharmacopoeia and National
382382 Formulary, or any revision thereof, and all substances an d
383383 preparations intended for external and/or internal use i n the cure,
384384 diagnosis, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease in humans
385385 or animals and all substances and preparations, other than food,
386386 intended to affect the structure or any function of t he body of a
387387 human or animals;
388388 18. “Drug sample” means a unit of a prescription drug packaged
389389 under the authority an d responsibility of the manufac turer that is
390390 not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the
391391 drug;
392392 19. “Durable medical equipment” has the same meaning as
393393 provided by Section 2 of this act;

445445 20. “Filled prescription” means a packaged prescription
446446 medication to which a label has been affixed which contain s such
447447 information as is requi red by the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act;
448448 21. “Hospital” means any institution licensed as a hospital by
449449 this state for the care and treatment of patients, or a pharmacy
450450 operated by the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs;
451451 22. “Licensed practitioner” means:
452452 a. an allopathic physician,
453453 b. an osteopathic physician,
454454 c. a podiatric physician,
455455 d. a dentist,
456456 e. a veterinarian or,
457457 f. an optometrist, or
458458 g. a Certified Nurse-Midwife,
459459 licensed to practice and authorized to prescribe dangerous drugs
460460 within the scope of practice of such p ractitioner;
461461 23. “Manufacturer” or “virtual manufacturer” means with respect
462462 to a product:
463463 a. a person that holds an application appr oved under 21
464464 U.S.C. 355 or a license issued under 42 U.S.C. 262 for
465465 such product, or if such product is not the subject of
466466 an approved application or license, the person who
467467 manufactured the product,

519519 b. a co-licensed partner of the person described in
520520 subparagraph a that obtains the product directly from
521521 a person described in this subpa ragraph or
522522 subparagraph a of this paragraph,
523523 c. an affiliate of a person described in subpara graph a
524524 or b who receives the product directly from a person
525525 described in this subpar agraph or in subparagraph a or
526526 b of this paragraph, or
527527 d. a person who contracts with another to manufacture a
528528 product;
529529 24. “Manufacturing” means the production, preparation,
530530 propagation, compounding, conversion or processing of a device or a
531531 drug, either directly or indirectly by extraction from substances of
532532 natural origin or independently by means of chemic al or biological
533533 synthesis and includes any packaging or repackaging of the
534534 substances or labeling or relabeling of its container, and the
535535 promotion and marketing of such drug s or devices. The term
536536 “manufacturing” also includes the preparation and promoti on of
537537 commercially available produc ts from bulk compounds for resale by
538538 licensed pharmacies, licensed practitioners or other persons;
539539 25. “Medical gas” means those gases including those in liquid
540540 state upon which the manufacturer or distributor has placed one of
541541 several cautions, such as “Rx Only”, in compliance with federal l aw;

593593 26. “Medical gas order” means an order for medical gas issued
594594 by a licensed prescriber;
595595 27. “Medical gas distributor ” means a person licensed to
596596 distribute, transfer, wholesale, deliver or sell medical gases on
597597 drug orders to suppliers or oth er entities licensed to use,
598598 administer or distribute medical gas and may also inclu de a patient
599599 or ultimate user;
600600 28. “Medical gas supplier” means a person who dispe nses medical
601601 gases on drug orders only to a patient or ultimate user;
602602 29. “Medicine” means any drug or combination of drugs which has
603603 the property of curing, preventing, tr eating, diagnosing or
604604 mitigating diseases, or which is used for that purpose;
605605 30. “Nonprescription drugs ” means medicines or drug s which are
606606 sold without a prescription and which are prepackaged for use by the
607607 consumer and labeled in accordance with the r equirements of the
608608 statutes and regulati ons of this state and the federal gov ernment.
609609 Such items shall also include medical and d ental supplies and
610610 bottled or nonbulk chemicals which are sold or offered for sale to
611611 the general public if such articles or p reparations meet the
612612 requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21
613613 U.S.C.A., Section 321 et seq.;
614614 31. “Outsourcing facility” including “virtual outsourcing
615615 facility” means a facility at one geographic location or address
616616 that:

669669 b. has elected to register as an outsourcing facility,
670670 and
671671 c. complies with all requirem ents of 21 U.S.C. 353b;
672672 32. “Package” means the smallest individual saleable un it of
673673 product for distribution by a manufact urer or repackager that is
674674 intended by the manufacturer for ultimate s ale to the dispenser of
675675 such product. For the purposes of this paragraph, “individual
676676 saleable unit” means the smallest container of a produc t introduced
677677 into commerce by the manufactur er or repackager that is intended by
678678 the manufacturer or repackager fo r individual sale to a dispenser;
679679 33. “Person” means an individual, partnershi p, limited
680680 liability company, corporation or association, unles s the context
681681 otherwise requires;
682682 34. “Pharmacist-in-charge” or “PIC” means the pharmacist
683683 licensed in this state responsible for th e management control of a
684684 pharmacy and all other aspects of the practice of pharmacy in a
685685 licensed pharmacy as defined by S ection 353.18 of this title;
686686 35. “Pharmacy” means a place regularly licensed by the Board of
687687 Pharmacy in which prescriptions, drugs, medicines, chemicals and
688688 poisons are compounded or dispe nsed or such place where pharmacists
689689 practice the profession of ph armacy, or a pharmacy operated b y the
690690 Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs;

742742 36. “Pharmacy technician”, “technician”, “Rx tech”, or “tech”
743743 means a person issued a Technician permit by the State Board of
744744 Pharmacy to assist the pharmacist and perform nonj udgmental,
745745 technical, manipulative, non-discretionary functions in the
746746 prescription department under the immediate and direct supervi sion
747747 of a pharmacist;
748748 37. “Poison” means any substance which when introduced into the
749749 body, either directly or by absorpti on, produces violent, morbid or
750750 fatal changes, or which destroys living tissue with which such
751751 substance comes into contact;
752752 38. “Practice of pharmacy” means:
753753 a. the interpretation and evaluation of prescription
754754 orders,
755755 b. the compounding, dispensing, adm inistering and
756756 labeling of drugs and devices, except labeling by a
757757 manufacturer, repackager or distributor of
758758 nonprescription drugs a nd commercially packaged legend
759759 drugs and devices,
760760 c. the participation in drug selection and drug
761761 utilization reviews,
762762 d. the proper and safe storage of drugs and de vices and
763763 the maintenance of proper r ecords thereof,
764764 e. the responsibility for advising by counseling and
765765 providing information, where professionally necessary

819819 f. the offering or performing of those ac ts, services,
820820 operations or transactions necessary in t he conduct,
821821 operation, management and control of a pharmacy, or
822822 g. the provision of those acts or services that are
823823 necessary to provide pharmaceutical care;
824824 39. “Preparation” means an article which may or may not contain
825825 sterile products compounded in a licensed pharmacy pursuant to the
826826 order of a licensed prescriber;
827827 40. “Prescriber” means a person licensed in this state w ho is
828828 authorized to prescribe dangerous drugs withi n the scope of practice
829829 of the person’s profession;
830830 41. “Prescription” means and includes any order for drug or
831831 medical supplies written or signed, or transmitted by word of mouth,
832832 telephone or other mean s of communication:
833833 a. by a licensed prescriber,
834834 b. under the supervision of an Oklahoma licensed
835835 practitioner, an Oklahoma licensed advanced practice
836836 registered nurse or an Oklahoma licensed a supervising
837837 physician, by a physician assistant, Certified Nurse
838838 Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Spec ialist licensed in
839839 this state, or

892892 or
893893 d. by an Oklahoma licensed wholesaler or distributo r as
894894 authorized in Section 353.29.1 of this title;
895895 42. “Product” means a prescription drug in a finished dosage
896896 form for administration to a patient w ithout substantial further
897897 manufacturing, such as ca psules, tablets, and lyophilized products
898898 before reconstitution. “Product” does not include blo od components
899899 intended for transfusion, radioactive drugs or biologics and med ical
900900 gas;
901901 43. “Repackager”, including “virtual repackager”, means a
902902 person who owns or operates an establishment that repac ks and
903903 relabels a product or package for further sale or distribution
904904 without further transaction;
905905 44. “Sterile drug” means a drug that is intended for parenteral
906906 administration, an ophthalmic or oral inhalation drug in aqueous
907907 format, or a drug that is required to be sterile under state and
908908 federal law;
909909 45. “Supervising physician ” means an individual holding a
910910 current license to practice as a physician from the State Board of
911911 Medical Licensure and Supervision, pursuant to the provisions of the
912912 Oklahoma Allopathic Medical and Surgical Licensure and Supervision
913913 Act, or the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, pursuant to t he
914914 provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act, who supervises

973973 46. “Supportive personnel ” means technicians and auxil iary
974974 supportive persons who are regularly paid employees of a pharma cy
975975 who work and perform tasks in the pharmacy as authorized by Section
976976 353.18A of this title;

978978 party logistics provider ” means an entity that provides or
979979 coordinates warehousing, or other logi stics services of a product in
980980 interstate commerce on beh alf of a manufacturer, wholesale
981981 distributor, or dispenser of a product but does not take ownership
982982 of the product, nor have res ponsibility to direct the sale or
983983 disposition of the product. For the purposes of this paragraph,

19411941 b. A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, in
19421942 collaboration with a medical doctor, osteopathic
19431943 physician, podiatric physician or dentist licensed in
19441944 this state, and under conditions in which timely, on -
19451945 site consultation by such medical docto r, osteopathic
19461946 physician, podiatric physician or dentist is
19471947 available, shall be authorized, pursuant to rules
19481948 adopted by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, to order,
19491949 select, obtain and administer legend drugs, Schedules
19501950 II through, III, IV, and V controlled substances,
19511951 devices, and medical gases only when engaged in the
19521952 preanesthetic preparation and evaluation; anesthesia
19531953 induction, maintenance and emergence; and
19541954 postanesthesia care. A Certified Registered Nurse
19551955 Anesthetist may order, select, obtain and adminis ter
19561956 drugs only during the perioperative or periobstetrical
19571957 period.
19581958 c. A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who applies
19591959 for authorization to order, select, obtain and
19601960 administer drugs shall:

20232023 application fee established pursuant to this
20242024 section.
20252025 d. The authority to order, select, obtain and administe r
20262026 drugs shall be terminated if a Certified Register ed
20272027 Nurse Anesthetist has:
20282028 (1) ordered, selected, o btained or administered drugs
20292029 outside of the Certified Registered Nurse
20302030 Anesthetist scope of practice or ordered,
20312031 selected, obtained or administered drugs for
20322032 other than therapeutic purposes, or
20332033 (2) violated any provision of state laws or rules or
20342034 federal laws or regulations pertaining to the

20882088 e. The Oklahoma Board of Nursing shall notify the Board

20922092 f. The Board shall provide by rule for biennial
20932093 application renewal and reautho rization of authority
20942094 to order, select, obtain and administer drugs for
20952095 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. At the time
20962096 of application renewal, a Certified Registered Nurse
20972097 Anesthetist shall submit documentation of a minimum of
20982098 eight (8) units of con tinuing education, completed
20992099 during the previous tw o (2) years, in advanced
21002100 pharmacology relating to the administration of
21012101 anesthesia, as recognized by the Council on
21022102 Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists or the Council
21032103 on Certification of Nurse Anesthetis ts.
21042104 g. This paragraph shall not prohibit the admini stration
21052105 of local or topical anesthetics as now pe rmitted by
21062106 law. Provided further, nothing in this paragraph
21072107 shall limit the authority of t he Board of Dentistry to
21082108 establish the qualifications for dentis ts who direct
21092109 the administration of anesthesia.

21712171 physician or dentist performing the proced ure or
21722172 directly involved with the procedure and that. The
21732173 collaborating physician shall re main available for
21742174 timely onsite consultation during the deliver y of
21752175 anesthesia for diagnosis, consultation, and tr eatment
21762176 of medical conditions;
21772177 11. “Supervising physician” means an individual holding a
21782178 current license to practice as a physi cian from the State Board of
21792179 Medical Licensure and Supervision or the State Board of Osteopathic
21802180 Examiners, who supervises a Certified Nur se Practitioner, or a
21812181 Clinical Nurse Specialist, or a Certified Nurse-Midwife, and who is
21822182 not in training as an intern, resident, or fellow. To be eligible
21832183 to supervise such Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, such The

22472247 Board that trains the Advanced Unlicensed Assistant to perform
22482248 specified technical skills identified b y the Board in acute care
22492249 settings under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
22502250 or Licensed Practical Nurse.
22512251 SECTION 4. AMENDATORY 59 O.S. 20 21, Section 567.4a, is

22532253 Section 567.4a. A. The Oklahoma Board of Nursing may grant

23152315 C. The rules regarding prescriptiv e authority recognition
23162316 promulgated by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing pursuant to paragraphs
23172317 6 through 9, 11 and 12 of Section 567.3a of this title sha ll:
23182318 1. Define For a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse
23192319 Specialist, define the procedure for documenting supervision by a
23202320 supervising physician licensed in Oklahoma to pract ice by the State
23212321 Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision or the Stat e Board of
23222322 Osteopathic Examiners . Such procedure shall include a written
23232323 statement that defines appropriate referral, consultation, and
23242324 collaboration between the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse,
23252325 recognized to prescribe as defined in paragraphs 6 through 9, 11 and
23262326 12 of Section 567.3a of th is title, and the supervising physician .
23272327 The written statement shall include a method of assuri ng
23282328 availability of the supervising physician through direct contact,
23292329 telecommunications or other appropriate electronic means for
23302330 consultation, assistance with medical emergencies, or patient
23312331 referral. The writte n statement shall be part of the initial
23322332 application and the renewal application submitted to the Board for
23332333 recognition for prescriptive authority for the Advanced Practice
23342334 Registered Nurse. Changes to the written statement shall be filed

25512551 b. The Formulary Advisory Council shall be composed of
25522552 twelve (12) members as follows :
25532553 (1) four members, to include a pediatrician, an
25542554 obstetrician-gynecological physician, a general
25552555 internist, and a family practice physician;
25562556 provided that three of such member s shall be
25572557 appointed by the Oklahoma State Medical

26222622 Council shall be in ac tive clinical practice, at least
26232623 fifty percent (50%) of the time, within their defined
26242624 area of specialty. The members of the Formulary
26252625 Advisory Council shall serve at the pleasure of the
26262626 appointing authority for a term of three (3) years.
26272627 The terms of the members shall be staggered. M embers
26282628 of the Council may serve beyond the expiration of
26292629 their term of office until a successor is appointed by
26302630 the original appointing authority. A vacancy on the
26312631 Council shall be filled fo r the balance of the
26322632 unexpired term by the original appointing au thority.
26332633 d. Members of the Council shall elect a chair and a vice -

27772777 if the applicant meets the qualif ications for licensure in this
27782778 state. An applicant by endorsement shall:

28352835 4. Have completed an advanced practice registered nursing
28362836 education program in one of the four roles and a specialty area
28372837 recognized by the Board. Effective January 1, 2016, the applicant
28382838 shall have completed an accredited graduate level advanced practice
28392839 registered nursing education program in at least one of the
28402840 following population foci: family/individual across the lifespan,
28412841 adult-gerontology, neonatal, pediatric s, women’s health/gender-
28422842 related, or psychiatric/mental health;
28432843 5. Be currently certified in an advanced practice specialty
28442844 certification consistent with educ ational preparation and by a
28452845 national certifying body recognized by the Board;
28462846 6. Meet continued competency requirements as set forth in Board
28472847 rules; and
28482848 7. Provide any and all other evidence as required by the Board
28492849 in its rules.
28502850 D. The Board may issue prescriptive authority recognition by
28512851 endorsement to an Advanced Pract ice Registered Nurse licen sed as an
28522852 APRN-CNP, APRN-CNS, or APRN-CNM under the laws of another state if
28532853 the applicant meets the requirements set forth in this section.
28542854 Prescriptive authority re cognition by endorsement shall be s ubject
28552855 to the provisions of Section 2 -312 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma
28562856 Statutes. An applicant for prescriptive authority recognition by
28572857 endorsement shall:

29202920 management, and didactic and clinical pr eparation for prescribing
29212921 incorporated throughout the program;
29222922 5. Submit If the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is licensed
29232923 as a Certified Nurse Practitio ner or Clinical Nurse Spe cialist,
29242924 submit a written statement from an Oklahoma licensed a physician
29252925 licensed in this state supervising prescriptive authority as
29262926 required by the Board in its rules;
29272927 6. Meet continued competency requirements as set fo rth in Board
29282928 rules; and
29292929 7. Provide any and all other evidence as required by the Board

29822982 E. An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licen se issued under
29832983 this section shall be renewed concurrently with the registered nurse
29842984 license provided that qualifying criteria continue to be met.
29852985 F. The Board may reinstate a license as set forth in Board
29862986 rules.
29872987 SECTION 6. AMENDATORY 63 O.S. 2021, Section 2-312, as
29882988 amended by Section 2, Chapter 184, O.S.L. 2022 (63 O.S. Supp. 2022,
29892989 Section 2-312), is amended to read as follows:
29902990 Section 2-312. A. A physician, podiat rist, optometrist or a
29912991 dentist who has complied with the registration requ irements of the
29922992 Uniform Controlled Dangero us Substances Act, in good faith an d in
29932993 the course of such person ’s professional practice only, may
29942994 prescribe and administer controlled dang erous substances, or may
29952995 cause the same to be administered by medical or p aramedical
29962996 personnel acting under the dire ction and supervision of the
29972997 physician, podiatrist, optometrist or de ntist, and only may dispense
29982998 controlled dangerous substances pursuant t o the provisions of
29992999 Sections 355.1 and 355.2 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
30003000 B. A veterinarian who has compli ed with the registration
30013001 requirements of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, in
30023002 good faith and in the course of the profes sional practice of the
30033003 veterinarian only, and not for use by a human being, ma y prescribe,

30693069 2. An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who is recognized to
30703070 prescribe by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a Certified Nurse-
30713071 Midwife and who has complied with the registration requirements of
30723072 the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, in good faith and
30733073 in the course of professional practice only, may prescribe and
30743074 administer Schedule III, IV , and V controlled dangerous substances.
30753075 D. An advanced practice nurse Advanced Practice Registered
30763076 Nurse who is recognized to order, select, obtain and administer
30773077 drugs by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as a certified registered
30783078 nurse anesthetist Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist pursuant to
30793079 Section 353.1b of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes and who has

31333133 of such practitioner ’s professional practice only, may order,

31363136 evaluation; anesthesia induction, maintenance or emergence; or
31373137 postanesthesia care setting only. A certified registered nurse
31383138 anesthetist Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist may order,
31393139 select, obtain and administer such drugs only during the
31403140 perioperative or periobstetrical period.
31413141 E. A physician assistant who is recognized to prescribe by the
31423142 State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervis ion under the medical
31433143 direction of a supervising physician, pursuant to Section 519.6 of
31443144 Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and who has complied with the
31453145 registration requirements of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous
31463146 Substances Act, in good fai th and in the course of profession al
31473147 practice only, may prescribe and administer Schedule II through V
31483148 Schedules II, III, IV, and V controlled dangerous substances.
31493149 SECTION 7. This act shall become effective November 1, 202 3.
