78 | 152 | The State Board of Agriculture shall determine if the petition bears | |
79 | 153 | the required number of valid signa tures. The President shall | |
80 | 154 | announce the referendum at least thirty (30) days prior to the day | |
81 | 155 | of voting. At least thirty (30) days before the referendum, th e | |
82 | 156 | President shall mail a notice of the referendum to all known wheat | |
83 | 157 | producers in the State of Okl ahoma who market wheat in commercial | |
84 | 158 | quantities. The notice shall specify the dates, times, and places | |
85 | 159 | for holding the referendum. The notice shall also inc lude a sample | |
