49	75		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
50	76		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A ne w section of law to be codified
51	77		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 323 of Title 60, unless there is
52	78		created a duplication in numb ering, reads as follows:
53	79		A person who owns real property or an interest in real property
54	80		for which the title includes a recorded conveyance instrument
55	81		containing a discriminator y provision pursuant to the Fair Hous ing
56	82		Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 3601 et seq., or another person with the
57	83		permission of the owner, may request the removal of the
58	84		discriminatory provision from the instrument . A motion for removal
59	85		of the discriminatory provision shall be filed with the clerk of the
60	86		district court in the county in wh ich the real property records are
61		-	recorded or of another court having jurisdiction over real property
62		-	matters in the county .
