An Act relating to uniform tax procedure; repealing
68 O.S. 2021, Section 238.1, w hich relates to
application for state license and compliance with
state income tax laws; and providing an effective
date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
SECTION 1. REPEALER 68 O.S. 2021, Section 238.1, is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
