27	55		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

29	56		SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 63 O.S . 2021, Section 2-322, is
30	57		amended to read as follows:

32	58		Section 2-322. A. No person or business shall pos sess, sell,
33	59		manufacture, transfer, or otherwise fur nish any of the followi ng
34	60		precursor substances without first having a permit or license issued
35	61		by the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and
36	62		Dangerous Drugs Control, except as provided in S ection 2-327 of this

89	145		B. Upon completion of an application for a license pursuant to
90	146		Section 2-323 of this title, or a permit pursuant to Section 2-324

93	147		of this title, the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of
94	148		Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control shall either grant or deny
95	149		such license or permit. A denial of an application for a permit or
96	150		license shall be handled as provided by Section 2 -325 of this title.

98	151		SECTION 2. This act shall become effective November 1, 2023.
